Hey, everyone, I hope you’re having a great week! I can’t believe Christmas is almost upon us, can you? Wow. Time flies when you’re having fun.
Anyway, as many of you know, in addition to being a stand-up comic and screenwriter, I’m also a licensed pharmacist, a certfied hypnotherapist, and a registered homeopath. (Long story! Lol.)
However, what many of you may NOT know is that the reason I became a hypnotist in the first place, was so that I could teach others how to regulate their moods with self-hypnosis, the same way I helped myself. There are just so many people out there with mood disorders, epilepsy, and medications just don’t work for everyone.
I practiced part-time as a hypnotherapist for many years around the Phoenix metro area, although I don’t do that any longer since I’m now running Rush Hour Comedy Radio full time. However, one of my passions in life is still helping other people learn how to use self-hypnosis and other techniques to improve their lives. And that’s because self-hypnosis is such great self-help tool. You don’t need any special equipment; all you do is just close your eyes…imagine a few things, and as Christina Applegate would say…VIOLA! …you’re in hypnosis! But seriously, best of all…doing self-hypnosis is totally free, and yes, it really does work.
